Product Description
MATERIAL:
TUBE: PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), fully fluorinated, clear color, mirror-smooth. Compliance: 3-A Sanitary Standards n-20-27, USP Class VI, and FDA Standards.
REINFORCEMENTS: High strength plies of synthetic cord.
- Embedded steel helix wire AISI 302.
- Braided stainless steel wire mesh AISI 304.
COVER: Translucent silicone rubber, ultra-smooth, and glossy finish.
- It does not generate any residuals in comparison with the traditional cloth finish. It may easily be washed with any cleaning products.
- Special finish with a low coefficient of friction.
- Compliance: USP Class VI and FDA Standards.
Temperature Resistance: – 30°C + 150°C
APPLICATION: Multipurpose hose designed to ensure utmost purity during transport of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and chemical products in aseptic areas.
