Application:

• Silicone suction and delivery hose designed for handling high purity products, food products and alcoholic beverage concentrated to 96%.
• Normally used in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic processes.
• Considering the critical level of application in sterile environments, the MTG Clearway hose is produced with utmost care
• Starting from the accurate selection of high-purity ingredients to the specific production and stock procedures and the final curing of the product after vulcanisation to remove any residue.
• Specifically designed to suit applications demanding reduced bending radia.
• Efficient and highly resistant under vacuum conditions.
• Autoclavable

Construction Tube: Silicone rubber, translucent, food and pharmaceutical grade, odourless and tasteless with mirror-like finish, smooth.
Reinforcement: High resistance polyester plies. Built-in spiral from stainless steel AISI 304.
Cover:  Silicone rubber, translucent, food and pharmaceutical grade, odourless and tasteless. Smooth with glossy finish. Non-particle generating version compared to cloth finish. It can easily be cleaned with any detergents.
Temperature Range: From-60°C upto 180°C.  Sterilisation at 135°C with steam, at 180°C with hot air for a maximum time of 30 minutes.
Norms: Silicone complying with F.DA and European Pharmacopeia (IV Ed., P.3.13).
Non-cytotoxic according to ISO 10993 Part 5, USP XXVI Ed.2003.
